About our speaker:
Michelle Mancini is the Senior Director, Wealth Consultant for the American Cancer Society. She works out of their Global Headquarters in Atlanta but is based in Cincinnati and oversees planned giving efforts for most of the state of Ohio and part of Kentucky, while also serving as a consultant for the ACS planned giving team nationwide. She works to provide funding for the American Cancer Society’s mission to save lives, celebrate lives and finish the fight against cancer. Her role helps advance the ACS’s efforts in cancer research, patient programing, prevention, early detection and advocacy. She joined the ACS in 2005 and has spent much of her career in public health and non-profit work.
Prior to joining ACS, Michelle was the Campaign Coordinator for the Cincinnati Clean Indoor Air Coalition. She is a Past President of the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council Board of Directors and currently serves on the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners Board of Directors. In addition, she serves as Vice Chair of the Xavier University Women of Excellence Council as well as on the Young Professional Non-Profit Network Board of Directors. Michelle graduated cum laude from Xavier University with a BA in Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration.
