Awards Nominations Overview

The AFP Greater New Orleans Chapter is seeking nominations for the 2026 National Philanthropy Day Awards to be presented at the National Philanthropy Day Celebration.  We invite your nominations for: 

• Outstanding Fundraising Professional
• Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser
• Outstanding Leadership in Corporate Philanthropy
• Outstanding Foundation
• Outstanding Philanthropist
• Board of Directors Award
• Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy

The deadline for submitting nominations is Monday, June 1st, 2026.  At that time, nominations will be considered b the AFP Greater New Orleans Chapter National Philanthropy Day Awards Selection Committee. 

Nomination Requirements:

• Nominations of past honorees for the same award will not be considered.  Before determining your nominations please click here to carefully review the list of past honorees.
• Make certain that the nominee will accept the award, if selected.
• Honorees must be present as the celebration
